Wiechmannshof is situated in the heart of the Hannoverian breeding area, on the outskirts of the Luneburger Heide, clost to the famous Bird Park of Walsrode

Our stud farm is an approved training centre for grooms, specializing in breeding and attitdue

The farm covers 40 hectares of beautiful, peaceful countryside, where we care for an average of 90 horses. We produce our own hay and straw for the horses.

We have cared for boarding horses for over 25 years. Although we offer “classic” boarding, we have a particular specialization in the care of breeding mares and youngstock

The young horses live in groups of the same age, in loose barns, which allow them greater freedom and friendship than individual stables.

For broodmares, we offer a full service, beginning with insemination, right through to foaling and care of the newborn
